  Race Entry Pack Collection will be held at Velocity@Novena on 6 - 8 April 2012.

  Collection Time:
  6 April 2012 (1pm - 7pm)
  7-8 April 2012 (11am - 8pm)

• 2. Can I assign another person to do the race entry pack collection on my behalf?

  Collection of Race Entry Pack

  It is mandatory for all participants to collect their race entry packs within the above stated timeframe. This year, we have phased out the hard copy collection slip from the process to stay true to the 350 mission. Participants will only need to produce one of the following documents for identity verification during the collection:
  - NRIC
  - Other Photo IDs (e.g. Driving license, Passport)
  - Student pass or matriculation card (Compulsory for nEbO membership sign up)
  - Birth Certificate for children below 12 years old
  Note: The Organiser reserves the right to refuse collection of entry packs, if none of the above is provided for identity verification.

  
  

  Authorisation Form for Race Entry Pack Collection

  If you are unable to collect your race entry pack personally during the assigned collection days, you may authorise someone to collect on your behalf with the following documents:
  - Authorisation form with the fields completed and duly endorsed
  - A photocopy of your (being the participant) identification card for verification
  - The identification card of the person authorised for recording purposes

  Although we would rather have you doing the collection personally, if you do have to authorise someone, please print the authorisation form on recycled paper if you can help it!
